Our Process
Discovery
This phase comprises rounds of discussions to finalize the overall feature list and integrations / possibilities.
User stories will be developed at this point.
Graphic Design
Graphic designs and wireframes will be created by the creative team.
Designs will be created in batches consisting of 2 – 3 screens & re-work based on the feedback.
Communication
Daily / Weekly standup meetings between client and project manager to discuss ongoing tasks and upcoming tasks.
Project management tools will be set up for streamlining communication across tasks and the board will also give A holistic view of the project.
Development
Tasks from the project management board will be taken up and development carried out.
Development will be carried out on either the test template or a separate shopify instance as per the requirements.
QA / UAT
First round of testing will be conducted by the development team.
Second and final round of review will be carried out by the project manager and subsequently shared with the client for UAT.
